To get a piped natural gas (PNG) connection from Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL) in Pune, submit the online connection request on mngl.in or call 1800 266 2696. MNGL’s team then sends a registration form. At registration you pay ₹6,550, of which ₹5,500 is a refundable, interest-free deposit.
MNGL said in July 2026 that it was installing about 500 new connections a day in Pune, up from under 200 earlier, and that more than 4.55 lakh households already use PNG.

Step by step

- Return the form with one document and the payment.
- MNGL installs the meter and internal piping, does a safety check and starts the supply.
