Where you can board
The route has 22 stops. In Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad these include:
- Swargate
- Wanaz
- Chandni Chowk
- Balewadi

This makes the bus useful for people in Kothrud, Baner, Hinjewadi and Wakad, who can board without going to Swargate.
How to book
- Open the MSRTC reservation website (npublic.msrtcors.com) or the official MSRTC bus reservation app.
- Choose Swargate (or your boarding stop) and Navi Mumbai International Airport as the destination.
- Pick the e-Shivai service and your seat, and pay online.
You can also book at the reservation counter at Swargate. Seats on early-morning buses fill up on weekends and holidays, so book a day or two ahead.
Concessions
Eligible concessions apply on e-Shivai buses. Women get the state’s 50% fare concession on MSRTC buses, and NCMC card holders can use eligible benefits. Carry valid ID if you travel on a concession.
Is it better than a cab?
A one-way cab from Pune to NMIA usually costs several thousand rupees. The bus is far cheaper, and the two timings suit morning and evening flights. For very early or late flights, a cab or shared ride may still be the only option.
