Pune’s Krisala Developers Enters Nagpur With ₹2,100-Crore Golf Township in Partnership With Hiranandani Communities

Pune, 30th October 2026: Pune and PCMC-based Krisala Developers is taking its business to Nagpur. The developer has announced a luxury golf course township in the city in partnership with Hiranandani Communities, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,100 crore.

The project will be developed under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, the group’s development management platform. The announcement was made on October 27.

What the project includes

• 51 ultra-luxury plots
• Townhouses and villas (numbers not disclosed)
• An integrated golf course, which the developers describe as one of the largest in the city
• A neo-classical design theme with large green spaces

The developers are calling it Nagpur’s first luxury golf course township. The exact site, land area, launch date and prices have not been announced yet. Note that ₹2,100 crore is the expected revenue from sales, not the investment amount.

Who is behind it

Krisala is known in Pune for projects in the Tathawade, Punawale and Ravet belt, and for its 105-acre Land of Dreams township. This is one of the first big moves by a Pune developer into Nagpur’s luxury segment.

Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, chief managing director of Hiranandani Communities, linked the project to Nagpur’s improving connectivity. Krisala managing director Aakash Agarwal said the company’s growth strategy is to build a varied portfolio that can scale across markets.

How the partnership works

Under a development management model, the landowner or local developer brings the land and the partner brings brand, design, sales and execution support. Hiranandani’s Eleva platform has been used this way in other cities. For buyers, the key thing to check later will be which entity is named as the promoter on the MahaRERA registration.

Why Nagpur

Nagpur has been getting attention because of the Samruddhi Expressway, its metro, the MIHAN area and its central location. Developers say high-net-worth buyers from Vidarbha and beyond are looking at plotted and villa projects there.
