Pune start-up Clinics On Cloud has raised ₹120 crore in Series A funding from Dubai-based Model42, valuing the company at ₹600 crore.

Pune, 29th October 2026: Pune health-tech company Clinics On Cloud has raised ₹120 crore in a Series A round from Model42, a Dubai-based healthcare investment platform. The deal values the company at ₹600 crore.
Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal started the company in 2018. It builds compact “microclinic” units that can carry out health screenings in offices, housing societies, pharmacies and remote areas where there’s no clinic nearby. So far, it says it has more than 3,500 installations, over 1.2 crore health screenings and operations in more than eight countries.
Where the money will go
The company plans to expand abroad, starting with the UAE and then moving into Africa, the United States and South-East Asia. It will also spend on AI-based diagnostics, research and development, regulatory approvals in new markets and more manufacturing capacity.
Why this one stands out
Most health-tech money in India goes into apps and online pharmacies. Clinics On Cloud is building physical screening hardware, which is harder and slower to scale but fills a real gap in places without easy access to a doctor. A Gulf investor putting money into a Pune hardware company is also a sign that the city’s start-up scene has moved well beyond software services.
It’s been a busy month for Pune’s healthcare start-ups. Earlier this week, Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre, a Pune chain offering mental health and addiction care, raised ₹28 crore in its first institutional round.
